How To: Complete a Silent Print Re-Installation
I’ve outlined the steps below, to re-install Silent Print:
Uninstall Silent Print via the control panel
Head into AppData > Local – If a ‘SilentPrint’ folder exists, delete it.
Within AppData > Local – head into ‘Intersoft_Systems_&_Progr’ folder and delete the ‘IntersoftSilentPrint.exe_Url_....’ folder
Reinstall Silent Print and register a new profile with a unique name (use the username/password you would use to access iShipper when prompted)
Edit the profile within the Silent Printing page on iShipper to match the required printer
Once setup, ensure silent print is polling and re-test a Royal Mail label
