How To: Uninstall Silent Print/ Print Harvester APPs from PC

Key information and places to go to when required support is needed to uninstall silent print or print harvester.

Step-by-step guide

Uninstall the application, Intersoft Silent Print / Intersoft Print Harvester, from programs menu

Go to the Appdata. (For this Go to File Explorer, key in %appdata% & press enter)

Select ‘Local’ within ‘AppData’

Delete ‘SilentPrint’ / ‘PrintHarvester’ folder

Within ‘AppData’, Open ‘Intersoft_Systems_&_Progr’ folder & delete ‘Silent Print…..’ /’PrintHarvester….’ sub folder

Check the ‘Downloads’ folder on the PC to see there exists any version of the app previously downloaded & if so then delete it.
