How To: Obtain Print Harvester Logs

Details on how users can access the print harvester logs, this is useful to provide to the support team when experiencing issues.

1. Open File Explorer on Windows

2. In the address bar, type in %appdata% and press enter

3. This should direct you to the following directory: C:\Users\(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Roaming

4. Backtrack out of the ‘Roaming folder’, you should see a folder titled ‘Local’

5. Within the ‘Local’ folder, you should see a folder titled ‘PrintHarvester’, please access this

6. Within the ‘PrintHarvester’ folder you will see a folder titled ‘app-xxxx’

7. Within the ‘app-xxxx’ folder, you will see the ‘Logs’ folder

8. Take the log file from any affected date(s) and pass this onto us.
