How To: Set Up and Use Print Harvester

This is a step by step for the install and use of the print harvester functionality

For set up instructions refer to the

  1. Installing Print Harvester

  2. To install the Print Harvester application, you will first need to download the executable file.

    1. To download Print Harvester for use in the Sandbox environment, select the following link: https://test.intelligentshipper.net/downloads/releases/printharvester/setup.exe

    2. To download Print Harvester for use in the Live environment, select the following link: https://rmls.intelligentshipper.net/downloads/releases/printharvester/setup.exe

  3. When prompted, select to run the executable file.

  4. The executable will run and the Print Harvester application will be installed on your PC.

  5. Once Print Harvester is installed the settings screen will open automatically, allowing you to configure the application.

  6. The settings screen can also be opened at any time by right-clicking on a small icon that will appear in the system tray, as shown in the picture below.

  7. Once Print Harvester is installed, or when the Settings option is selected, the Settings screen will open.

  8. To use print harvester, select the bulk mailing template and go to bulk mailing templates, you will need to insert the Import Profile ID into the settings section of print harvester

  9. Once you have entered your information into the template, drag/copy this into the scan folder on your C:/ drive

  10. This will automatically be picked up by the print harvester application (if running).

  11. If it is not running right click the icon in the bottom right hand corner and click run:

  12. Go to the response folder within the C:/ drive and you will find any errors
