These can be found as follows:
1) Open File Explorer on Windows
2) In the address bar, type in %appdata% and press enter
3) This should direct you to the following directory: C:\Users\(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Roaming
4) Backtrack out of the ‘Roaming folder’, you should see a folder titled ‘Local’
5) Within the ‘Local’ folder, you should see a folder titled ‘PrintHarvester’, please access this
6) Within the ‘PrintHarvester’ folder you will see a folder titled ‘app-xxxx’
7) Within the ‘app-xxxx’ folder, you will see the ‘Logs’ folder
8) Take the log file from any affected date(s) and pass this onto us.
