- Uninstall the application, Intersoft Silent Print / Intersoft Print Harvester, from programs menu

- Go to the Appdata. (For this Go to File Explorer, key in %appdata% & press enter)

- Select ‘Local’ within ‘AppData’
...
- Delete ‘SilentPrint’ / ‘PrintHarvester’ folder
...
- Within ‘AppData’, Open ‘Intersoft_Systems_&_Progr’ folder & delete ‘Silent Print…..’ /’PrintHarvester….’ sub folder
...
- Check the ‘Downloads’ folder on the PC to see there exists any version of the app previously downloaded & if so then delete it.
