IEDE - Commercial invoice files

We receive these IEDE ticket where they would ask to grab the Commercial invoice files and provide us with tracking numbers.

Step 1 : Log into Citrix and go to the server mentioned in the ticket Preprod or production

 

Step 2: Open notepad and go to find files (ctrl+F) and paste the tracking number and file directory is

E:\INTERSOFT\Services\PREPROD\DexFolders\Outbox\GLSDECustomsfile

Step 3 : Once it searched it will give you the file path with a filename, this is not the commercial invoice. Copy the file name and and go to the file path below

Step 4 : Find the file name in the file path , the pdf files that are under the customdata files are the commericial invoice files. File name will begin with Globcustdoc_

Step 5 : Transfer the file over to local desktop and check the pdf that the tracking number is correct and send the file over.
