How to access IEDE servers via Citrix

Firstly go to citrix via the link Citrix Gateway

Once you click the link you will see a screen promting you to log in. Use your RMGP domain username and password to log in

Once logged in you will see a screen like below with apps showing Notepadd ++ and RDP

To access the IEDE servers you will need to click on RDP . Once you click on RDP you will get see this pop up on your screen

Enter the Ip addres for the server you wish to access and then click on show options

Here you will be able to add your username depending on which server you are trying to access. RMGP, RMGV or RMGN. Once this is done click connect and enter your account password and you will be able to connect to the iede servers.
