Automation

1. Silent Print Update Following the successful addition of the “Silent Print” functionality in last month’s release – this feature has been updated to cover more areas of the system – users can now utilise the automated print solution on a selection of different processing methods: 1. Via Bulk Mailing 2. Via Shipment Processing (scan to print) 3. 2. Print Harvester - The brand new Intersoft solution to allow “On-Demand” file processing. Why not automate your file import / bulk mailing? Users of Intelligent Shipper can now configure their file import template (as already available for Manual file imports) into our Print Harvester – simply tell the system where your order files are posted to – to be picked up automatically by the application, print the required label(s) via Silent Printing and post you back a file to confirm shipping numbers for each order reference. This can be used with CSV files containing multiple records or single records for label production and when you need them. User Guides: Print Harvester User Guide v1.0


3. Import via API The core Intersoft booking API has always been for clients wanting a label returned at the point of posting – a new option has been added to the API to allow users to post shipment data for later processing. This now provides complete flexibility for how you can submit your orders, process your shipments and print your labels via our selection of data processing options. 4. Integrated Labels Enhancing last months update to allow users to print off shipping labels incorporated into their packing slips – numerous new layout options and formats now available to provide greater flexibility for your pick sheet label production User Guide: RMLS Label Options v1.0

Miscellaneous Updates

1. Data Upload Enhancements We have improved our Data File Upload Import Templates to make it simpler to integrate, you can now set default values on required/conditional fields in the template rather than your CSV file. User Guide: Setting Default Values in Bulk Mailing Templates User Guidev1.0

2. Royal Mail End of Day Print Outs End of Day print outs for Royal Mail have been updated to ensure the print out matches exactly the data being passed to OBA (for non-bill-on-scan products)

3. Tracking Export For customers using our Multi-Carrier solution – we can now automate tracking data exports direct into your own platforms or to your customers systems via SFTP. If you wish to receive delivery updates for all carriers into your own systems, please contact your account manager.
