In the event a bulk mailing file has been uploaded twice or duplicate shipments are posted via API multiple times the following steps can be taken to CANCEL shipments prior to Manifest.

Instructions

  1. Go to Shipment processing and view the processed or unprocessed shipments.

  2. When you click View Shipment the following screen is displayed

  3. On the right hand side of the screen there are small toggle boxes, select the shipments you want to cancel an click the cancel shipments button at the top of the screen.

  4. You can view cancelled shipments at the top of the screen

Note that this process cannot be completed once a manifest has been created. The shipments must not be in a status of closed out.
