Two new services have been added to the Royal Mail integration:

These services are available for international shipping with DDU (delivered duty unpaid) incoterms.
The following new services have been added to the Parcelforce API integration:
Euro Priority Pack
Global Express Pack
Express AM Sunday
Express 24 Large
Express 24 Sunday
Multipiece shipments are supported for all of the above new services except Euro Priority Pack, which supports single-piece shipments only.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterms has also been added to the Parcelforce integration. This can only be used for shipments to Europe using the services Euro Priority and Euro Priority Pack, and for these services DDP incoterms must be used. For international ROW shipments or EU shipments using any other services, DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) incoterms must be used.
For shipments to EU countries, either an EORI or an IOSS number must be provided in order for the shipment with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterms to be created successfully. The IOSS or an EU EORI number is not required for DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) shipments.

When a shipment to an EU country is created using the FedEx CrossBorder service called ‘ TPWW - FIC – Tracked Worldwide’ and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterms is used, then either an IOSS number or an EU EORI number must be provided in order for the shipment to be created successfully.
The IOSS or an EU EORI number is not required for DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) shipments or using the ‘TPEX - FIC – Express Priority service.
A new Whistl integration has been added to Intelligent Shipper, which uses Whistl’s latest API solution. This new integration offers a wider range of services than the existing Whistl integration, including international services. The integration supports multipiece shipments for domestic services only and supports delivery instructions. For international shipments, both DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterms are supported.
