7. On the Services tab, click on 'Add Service' and select all available services:

8. If they are going to be using Manual Booking (Booking Wizard) and Upload via CSV file (Bulk Mailing) they will need access to the UI. Under the users tab, create a user for the customer:

I would recommend adding users after the required email has been sent to the customer informing them of their Sandbox onboarding. This is to ensure there is no confusion for the customer - as creating a user will automatically send an email to them asking for them to set a password. |

9. For Sandbox, the Royal Mail Account tab will be left blank.
